Bus and Coach RecognitionA site by Ken Lansdowne Note this site is currently under construction. The pages were initially compiled in 2000 and some of the information may be out of date. A start on updating and extending the site is being made mid-2002. The purpose of this site is to illustrate the various types of buses and coaches which can be seen in service around the UK, and give brief details of the various builders. Presently only a few vehicle types are included but it is intended to expand this to give a comprehensive guide to what can be seen on the streets. Follow the links on the left to bring up a list of vehicle types, then click on the individual vehicle type to bring up a selection of photos and other details of the model. Note that some of the photos were taken some years ago and the vehicles concerned may no longer be with the operators shown. All photos on this site are taken by me unless otherwise noted.
